ALL Orders over 1LB will ship UPS GROUND and may take a few extra days to arrive, based on your location. We are on the East Coast. (Shipping will take 1-7 Business Days) Please provide us with a physical address we DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES, and this will cause cancellation of your order.
Your tracking number will be provided to the email you used when placing your order once your order has shipped (Approx 5-7 business days is our standard processing time). If you require faster SHIPPING you can choose the EXPRESS options at checkout, however the higher shipping rates will be your responsibility and will not be covered by Rustic Route Designs.
We will use the most affordable shipping method for all free shipping options through Rustic Route Designs unless you opt to pay your own EXPRESS shipping.
If your order requires INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and your tracking will be provided in an email when you order ships. We do not offer free International Shipping, and any Customs Fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. We use UPS international for All International orders as well as all Domestic.
WE CAN NOT CONTROL CARRIER DELAYS AS WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PREDICT OR PREVENT THESE DELAYS, therefore please do not review our Company negatively when the Carrier experiences a delay, as that is just not fair! We do everything we can to help and should not be held responsible for a delay we cannot control.
At Rustic Route Designs we make processing and shipping speed our top priority. We know that when you fall in love with a personalized product, you would like to receive it as soon as possible.
Orders will be produced and shipped within 1-7 business days; however, we usually produce and ship within 48 to 72 hours when it is not a busy time of year. It is important to remember that all time frames are ESTIMATES not a guarantee, however we do our very best to meet these time frames and will communicate with you if we are experiencing a delay.
